One Caramel

Dear brought me to One Caramel last Wednesday. We were supposed to meet earlier, but I woke up late (I'm SORRY!! D: ) I didn't have lunch, but I was glad I went empty-stomached. We met up at Buona Vista MRT and walked over to the Cafe. It's opposite Rochester Mall, if I'm not wrong.

The place is really nice because of the interior design and it gives the modern homely feel.

Dear and I shared desserts. I flipped through the menu and what really caught my eyes was the Strawberry Shortcake. It 

I especially love the sweet flakes of pastry. It was also beautifully arranged and decorated with Chocolate drizzle. 

Then we ordered a sharing dish that had three different dessert. 

It had a chocolate hazelnut praline cake, caramel creme brulee and the mango panacotta, mango granito. I love all of them, especially the creme brulee. It has this super nice sugar crust. The hazelnut praline tasted like crushed fererro rocher. I'm love chocolate!! The mango one tasted like thick milk with mango and I can't really describe the taste. 

After the cake we switched places and sat at the garden area. It was a different ambiance. The interior is the homy feeling. We each ordered coffee ^^

Lastly.. one more shot of the mango panacotta.
