This was how the home page looks like after I was done with keying in the apple I'm munching on now and my lunch. As you can see there's the log food and exercise button at the side, so that's supposed to help you keep track of the calorie intake and how much was being used up during exercise.
And whenever you log anything, you'll be able to earn slim points which is awesome! And it's like a progressive thing where you'll be able to advance to the next level. There's also a feed at the bottom to look at what other people have done. So they'll serve as motivations for you!
I love this part whereby I can take up a challenge and gain points at the same time. All the challenges where targeted to help weight loss and increase fitness.
So the points are accumulated till you reach the next level and you can assign an award to it. For example you can assign a meal and
I would definitely recommend the application to people who want to be more disciplined. Through this you will be able to meet people who have the same goals/mindset as you and encourage each other to stay focus and push through till you reach your goal.
I think it will be better if there are more variety for food log.
